Neil - Vocals

Born and raised in San Jose, CA - Northern California, San Francisco Bay Area.

A music lover from very young, I started singing choir in third grade and continued through high school. Grew up on Rock, Soul, Pop, Blues music and was truly raised on radio.

After I discovered Kiss and Rush at about age 12 it was all over.  Great pop songs, loud raucous guitars, screaming solos, and most importantly my parents hated them. Then Rush - incredible musicianship, soaring vocals, mysticism - molding my taste in music for years to come. I started playing guitar at age 16 and discovered that I love performing at a young age.

I always wanted to be a disc jockey and/or a musician. I managed to get an internship with KSJO radio in San Jose, one of the 2 top rock stations in the Bay Area where lucky to meet Rush, Tom Petty, and Ian Anderson from Jethro Tull. On one of his last tours I got to meet SRV with Jeff Beck. We where  doing a sound check before the show.  That was just amazing, and I still remember as it was just last week.

Landed a couple of radio and retail jobs. Then it was on to McAfee, the software maker where I worked for 5 years. This job brought me and my wife, by now 2 kids to Texas - where my son Owen was born in 2005. We will always kid him that he is the only real Texan in the family!

Since I have been in Texas, I have been in a couple bands, most recently a Cheap Trick tribute band for about 18 months. I am now excited to be the newest member of Rockit Science. I  think this lineup will go places that it has not been. Hopefully not to jail

Brent - Guitar, Slide Guitar

Mike - bass, vocals

Mike was born and raised in Dallas. He got his first guitar at 12 and has been hooked ever since. He soon found his home on bass influenced by Berry Oakley, Chris Squire, Allen Woody, Tommy Shannon, and of course, Jaco. Mike has been involved in other projects, such as The Phil Looney Band, but his heart is in the hard-driving groove of  " the Science". Mike is one of the original founding members.

Tim - drums, vocals

Tim is originally from Dallas Texas. He got his first drum set in 1972, and began his venture into the music world. He and two of his cousins  formed  a band  that eventually led to his first paying gig.  Influences such as Ian Paice,  Don Brewer,  John Bonham, and many other friends and artist's, helped to shape Tim's style of playing . Throughout the years Tim has played around the Dallas area in bands such as Cohesion, Rock-ignition and Vizitor. After a long break from playing in bands, Tim is back in full swing with "the Science", and sounds like he hasn't lost any of his chops, if not part of his mind. Tim is the original founder of  Rockit Science.
